Island Colony

The Aqua Island Colony offers hotel rooms (sleeps 4), studios with kitchenettes (sleeps 4) and one bedroom (sleeps 5) units with a full kitchen. The property is located three blocks from the beach and near the Ala Wai Canal. The complex has Wi-Fi in the lobby, activity desk and a sundry store. The units have wall air conditioning, cable TV, microwave, coffee-maker, safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a balcony. There is a large pool deck area for relaxing. The jacuzzi will be closed from April 15, 2012 until May 11, 2012 due to necessary repairs, but the pool will remain OPEN during this time. The Island Colony is also currently undergoing a renovation. Room upgrades (to be tentatively scheduled for completion by February 1, 2013) will include a contemporary look with wenge-colored cabinets and furniture, granite countertops, flat-screen LCD TV's, upgraded bedding & linens and more. Work hours will be 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday and the hotel will be fully operational during this renovation period. There will be low-noise levels and minimal visual disruptions as all construction is being conducted in the individual units. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
